SOSIE is a dynamic and extensive approach to assessing people. Using SOSIE will provide you with a combined assessment of personality and system of values, enabling you to have a comprehensive understanding of characteristics and factors that will determine a candidate’s performance at the workplace.
While personality assessment will enable you to understand performance on work, an analysis of a candidate’s value-system will provide you valuable information on factors such as motivation as well as sources of mobilization and work satisfaction for the candidate.
